1.3 Access Duration

Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, you will have lifetime access to the digital products you've purchased.

2. Coaching Services

2.1 One-on-One Coaching

2.1.1 Scheduling

After purchasing a one-on-one coaching session, you will receive an email within 24 hours with instructions on how to schedule your session.

2.1.2 Delivery Method

One-on-one coaching sessions are conducted via phone and/or virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype)

2.1.3 Rescheduling and Cancellations

• You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of the session.

• Be The Standard, LLC reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary, providing at least 24 hours notice.

2.2 Group Coaching

2.2.1 Session Information

Upon enrolling in a group coaching program, you will receive an email within 24 hours with the schedule of sessions and instructions on how to join.

2.2.2 Delivery Method

Group coaching sessions are conducted via virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype)

2.2.3 Recordings

Group sessions may be recorded for the benefit of participants who miss a live session. By participating in group coaching, you consent to these recordings.

3. Customer Support

If you experience any issues with accessing your digital products or joining your coaching sessions, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.

4. Refunds

Please refer to our separate Terms & Conditions for information on refunds for digital products and coaching services.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our products and services after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
